Midlife Mom to Supermom: How to Turn Stressed and Tired into Happy and Energized by Kim Cateb is an autobiography which I found very inspirational.
The author tells her story in an honest and down to earth way which captivated my interested from the start.
The book starts with the author presenting her past, and the various difficulties she had as health is a concern and gradually guides us through her transformation to a better and healthier version of herself.
The writer beautifully and efficiently manages to shows us how she achieves her transformation by presenting how our body, Mind and spirit work and what we need to do a complete optimal functioning level for all three of them.
A lot of products and supplements are presented, and some diets which I personally disagree but it worked for the author.
I might disagree in a lot of the information that is presented in this book, but I am 100% in agreement with the author’s unusual and non-stop search for the truth and for ingredients and method that will make her life better and healthier.
Her thirst for health and improvement is something that is obvious throughout the book, and I really loved reading this book because of this feeling I gave me.
Furthermore, that I loved was the algorithmic and systematic methodology the books develop that will help you identify your mistakes, find out what is wrong with you and correct them.
It is a beautiful and practical self-help book that its first philosophy never gives up and always try to search and improve yourself.
It is a book that will help you improve your self-esteem, self-confidence and hone your self-discipline.
I am a computer engineer by trade, but my love is nutrition and mainly plant-based nutrition.
I used to be fat, tobacco smoker and had severe health issues. I managed to gain my health back, lose weight, and quit smoking using a combination of a plant-based lifestyle and running.
I love reading books, and I wrote a few on my own.

Have a lovely day.
