With a gradual approach, the author with examples and good practices encourages us to take the initiative and change your way of working towards the better.
The author claims and I agree with him that even if others see you or consider you to be just a cog in a machine, you can do much more.
The book’s tips and advice are based on proven methodology and from the author’s personal experience, and they do work as long you apply yourself to them.
Another thing I liked about this book is that it is short and to the point. It does not waste your time.
The writer successfully deals and address main issues like Cultivation and Intention, Planning and Productivity, how to build Connections and work hard.
If you feel that you are at a dead-end at your work or you think you are not getting the attention or the validation you deserve at work, then this is the book for you.
