Control and Meaning: An Analysis of Everyday Behaviours by Rick Jensen is a beautiful collection of everyday philosophical stories that deal with a plethora of items from everyday behavior to being tattooed or not.
The author through his personal stories touches issues like white privilege, karma, Imagination and so many other everyday problems that people are thinking.
It is a truthful and honest deposition of the author’s ideas, and opinions on pressing matters like what makes people unique to not so severe like why people that drive yellow cars are evil.
If you want to learn more about the psyche of the author and how his mind is functioning then this book is for you.
To say the least Rick Jensen is a fascinating human being who chose a specific way of life that leads to a quality of life that he is satisfied with.
I do not agree with all the factors the author presents, but that’s the beauty of freedom of speech and idea exchange.
It is a lovely book, full of ideas and facts that will make you smile, think and reconsider some everyday actions you do every day.
I had fun reading this book, and I enjoyed.
Highly recommend it.
I am a computer engineer by trade, but my love is nutrition and mainly plant-based nutrition.
I used to be fat, tobacco smoker and had severe health issues. I managed to gain my health back, lose weight, and quit smoking using a combination of a plant-based lifestyle and running.
I love reading books, and I wrote a few on my own.
You can find more about me here.
Have a lovely day.
My warmest regards,
